Our first edition was launched in the heart of Paris, France, in collaboration with the historic Bibliothèque Mazarine, founded in 1643 by Cardinal Mazarin France’s oldest public library.
Rising Leaders Magazine’s first edition established key collaborations & signed an MOU with a prominent organisation based in Lugano, Switzerland, to drive positive global impact.
The edition also made a physical presence in university libraries across Lugano and appeared at LAC – Lugano Arte e Cultura, a centre dedicated to music, visual & performing arts in Switzerland.

The application fee contributes to the administrative and operational costs involved in reviewing genuine applications. It ensures that the selection process remains fair, transparent, and professionally managed by our board committee, while also supporting the overall organisation of the conference.

Self-Funded Opportunity: Self-funded participants can purchase a delegate package for £449, which covers meals as per the event agenda, complete event participation, an official certificate, an exclusive invitation letter, visa support documents for the United Kingdom, a keynote address as an international speaker, fellowship or work opportunities at our UK Head Office and across the Europe, a chance to present at the United Nations, leadership event merchandise, access to cultural showcases, and the opportunity to be featured in the international magazine edition and collaborations in Europe.
Financial Assistance: Provides designated support to help cover some costs of travel and participation in the London Empowerment Forum 2026.
