CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
Explore the inspiring schedule designed to empower global leaders through workshops, networking & impactful leadership experiences.
Welcome of the Leaders
Delegates will be warmly welcomed upon arrival and guided through the hotel check-in process. Light refreshments will be provided, followed by an introduction session where participants can meet fellow leaders from around the world. The day will also include group photographs and conclude with a diplomatic dinner.
Cultural Exchange & Collaboration
Day 2 will focus on workshops exploring diverse cultures & giving delegates the opportunity to present their communities. Participants will engage in panel discussions, enjoy a networking lunch with like-minded leaders & take part in social activities. The day also includes group photos, refreshments & collaborative sessions to strengthen global connections.
Policy & Governance
On Day 3, delegates will participate in a public policy workshop, learning to design & present policies to government bodies. Sessions include engagement with the United Nations Office in Geneva, recognition of contributions & the awarding of certifications for active participation and leadership.
Farewell & Future Connections
On the final day, delegates will enjoy a farewell breakfast with global leaders, reflecting on the conference experience. This is a special opportunity to forge lifetime connections, share commitments for future collaborations & make promises to work together toward a better, more impactful world.

Fully Funded Scholarship: Participants selected for the Fully Funded Scholarship will receive comprehensive support to attend the European Leadership Conference Switzerland 2026. This includes airfare support, accommodation, and meals as outlined in the event agenda. Full participation in all conference activities is included, along with an official certificate and an exclusive visa invitation letter with supporting documents for Switzerland. Recipients will have the opportunity to deliver a keynote address as a speaker, engage in fellowship or work opportunities at our USA Head Office and across Europe, and collaborate with United Nations and global organisations. Additional benefits include leadership merchandise, access to cultural showcases, and the chance to be featured in the 3rd edition of Rising Leaders Magazine.
Partially Funded Scholarship: Participants receiving a Partially Funded Scholarship will benefit from accommodation, and meals as outlined in the event agenda. Full participation in all conference activities is included, along with an official certificate and an exclusive visa invitation letter with supporting documents for Switzerland. Recipients will have the opportunity to deliver a keynote address as a speaker, engage in fellowship or work opportunities at our USA Head Office and across Europe, and collaborate with United Nations and global organisations. Self-Funded Participation: Delegates participating through the self-funded package (£530) will have full access to the conference, accommodation, and meals as outlined in the event agenda.
